The proposed b9atlaunch facility, if permitted, will <br />provide access to the Belmont Slough, not to th~Redwood Shores Lagoon. The boat <br />facility could therefore not provide the wee9,wacker with the needed access to the <br />lagoon system. We have add~.e'ssed each of these comments separately, providing a <br />response as well as a recomI}l~ndation, in the attach.ed response matrix. All suggested <br />revisions to the Precise Plan' as outlined in this memo will be incorporated into the <br />document only upon app,/oval by the Planning Commission and City Council. We <br />request that the PlanniI)'g Commission consider the Precise Plan in its current form, <br />along with the respof75es and recommendations provided in this memo, for <br />recommendation to ~e City Council. City staff has reviewed these responses and <br />revisions, and find xhem acceptable. Following approval by the City, staff will then <br />issue a "Final" Pr~tise Plan that will incorporate all of the approved changes.
