<br />6.1E <br />Page 20 <br /> <br />Continuing Program Management Support Services are included from the period beginning on <br />May 1, 2004 through December 31, 2008. The previous agreement for these services expired on <br />April 30, 2004 (City Purchase Order 45879). Support services will be performed on an as- <br />requested basis to Mr. Peter Ingram, Public Works Services Director for Redwood City. <br /> <br />There are four areas of support work including: <br /> <br />Task 11.1 - Master Planning/Phasing Refinements <br /> <br />The City and Community Task Force have identified the framework for implementing the <br />Project; however, it will continue to be refined over time. There are proposed developments, <br />redevelopments and other factors that will require revising water and recycled water demand <br />projections, implementation scheduling and resolution of other planning issues as the program <br />evolves. <br /> <br />Task 11.2 - System Engineering <br /> <br />The City is interested in optimizing the size of the standby potable water connection and timing <br />of the proposed booster pump station that will be part of the Skyway Project. In addition, <br />peaking criteria may be refined based on actual experience with new customers. Hydraulic <br />modeling will be performed as required to provide guidance to the City on these issues of <br />facilities sizing and timing of implementation. <br /> <br />Task 11.3 - Program Development <br /> <br />The City is in the process of developing a number of new documents and procedures relati ve to <br />program implementation. Support will be provided relative to the Operations Plan, Engineering <br />Report (DHS), Customer Training Manual, Funding and Financing Plmming, Rate and Revenue <br />Planning, use ordinance development, customer use agreements and right of entry agreements, <br />joint project opportunities and other related program items. <br /> <br />Task 11.4 - Program Management Meetings <br /> <br />The Consultant will attend bi-monthly Program Management Meetings over the contract <br />duration. Each meeting will require one-day labor effort for preparation and attendance. <br /> <br />Task 12 - Supplemental Services <br />Supplemental Services may include, but are not limited to: <br /> <br />. Provide additional Bid Packages and bid support to the City beyond the one <br />bid package defined in Task 7. <br /> <br />. Revision and resubmittal of retrofit design packages to DHS in the event that a <br />design package is not approved during the first review, as assumed in Task 6. <br /> <br />. Revision and resubmittal of preliminary retrofit design to incorporate <br />significant comments as a result of the customer review in Task 4. <br /> <br />.
