DES:djk '/08/95 (021/38) <br /> DES:djk i-0/04/95R <br /> <br />fixed as, the time and place when and where the Council will <br />consider and finally determine whether the public interest, <br />convenience and necessity require the formation of the District, <br />when and where it will consider the fairness of the formula or <br />formulae upon and by which annual assessment levies for the <br />payment of said costs and expenses will be apportioned according <br />to benefits among the several lots or parcels of property within <br />said District, and when and where it will consider and finally <br />act upon any protests and objections thereto. Any interested <br />owner may file written protests against, and make oral objection <br />to, the formation of said District, the extent thereof, the <br />method for the levy of benefit assessments, the formula or <br />formulae other matters herein specified, in the same manner, at <br />the same time and with like legal effect as provided for other <br />protests and oral objections in Article XII, Chapter 18 of the <br />Code of the City of Redwood City and in Chapter 26, Part 3, <br />Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of <br />California. <br /> <br /> 9. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />give notice of the hearing by causing a notice of the same to be <br />published once in the official newspaper of the City of Redwood <br />City, and causing to be conspicuously posted a copy of a notice <br />entitled, "Notice of Hearing On Proposed Formation of Redwood <br />Shores Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1" on a bulletin <br />board in or adjacent to the City Hall and on a bulletin board in <br />or adjacent to the regular meeting place of this Council; said <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
