work and Services. The positions listed in the Fee Schedule below will be used to <br />calculate the hourly billing for Services as reflected in Consultant's invoices. The <br />assignments and tasks associated with the scope of work will be for primarily cost - <br />recovery projects, whereby the costs associated with this contract will be reimbursed by <br />project applicants. For assignments that are not cost recovery, Consultant shall produce <br />a scope of work and budget to be associated with the assignment, and shall receive <br />written confirmation from the City prior to issuance of a Task Order and commencement <br />of work. <br />Work product prepared by Consultant will be submitted to the Community Development <br />and Transportation Director or their designee.
