City will send one set of comments on the submitted 95% PS&E and cost estimates to the consultant. Consultant shall revise/update the plan set accordingly. Consultant shall develop a response -to -comments spreadsheet detailing how City's comments are addressed. In case of a discrepancy or disagreement, consultant and city staff shall set up a call to review the issues in more detail before the final package is updated. Once there is agreement on all edits/comments from the City, consultant shall finalize the design package and submit the formal PS&E and cost estimates. TASK 6 DELIVERABLES • Two sets of final design plans (24"x36") in hard copy in the scale of 1"=20" • Two sets of final design plans (11 "x17") in hard copy • PDF version of final design plans • Engineer's cost estimate in PDF format and source file (for plans transmit format that is compatible with AutoCAD (version 2015)) Construction details and specifications TASK 7: CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SUPPORT Consultant shall provide construction engineering and bid support to the City as technical questions arise during the bid and construction process. Construction engineering support includes: • Provide information in response to bidders' questions • Prepare addenda to the bid documents • Prepare conform set drawing • Review and approve shop drawing/submittals • Attend pre -construction meeting • Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) during construction • Prepare Record (as built) drawings TASK 7 DELIVERABLES • Response to questions • Addenda • Responses to RFIs • PDF copies of shop drawings/submittals during construction • Conform set drawing in PDF format • Record drawing in PDF and AutoCAD formats TASK 8: DESIGN SERVICES DURING INSTALLATION REV: 11-27-19 PR ATTY/AGR.2019.295/roole Design Group (Page 15 of 17)
