City comments on the 95% design will be incorporated in the 100% design phase of the project (Task 6). TASK 4 DELIVERABLES Two sets of 95% PS&E design plans (24"x36") in hard copy in the scale of 1"=20" PDF version of 95% PS&E • Summary report for design process • Draft construction cost estimate Construction schedule and specifications TASK 5: COMMUNITY OUTREACH Consultant shall develop content and provide support to the City in expected outreach activities, including presenting the project outcomes at the Transportation Advisory Committee (TAC) meetings and various community outreach and education initiatives. Consultant shall prepare presentation material for two (2) TAC or any other community outreach meetings and attend two (2) TAC or any other community outreach meetings during the project time frame. A potential TAC presentation could be on December 2020 to present post -construction evaluation results and potential minor modifications to the project. Consultant shall provide support to the City for community engagement and public education initiatives. Support may include develop ment/refinement of one PowerPoint presentation and up to two types of educational materials (e.g., flyer, project fact sheet, How-to brochures, and interactive website) that will likely be mailed to the residents or be used at community events or festivals, schools, and/or pop-up events. If budget allows, Consultant shall coordinate to translate the two educational materials to Spanish. TASK 5 DELIVERABLES • PowerPoint presentation for two Transportation Advisory Committee meetings • Public outreach and education materials, including one PowerPoint presentation and up to two types of educational materials commensurate with the budget available for this task. Example of educational materials to be produced are: project fact sheet and How -To brochures to educate the public about navigating at traffic circles. City will make the final decision on type of educational materials. Optional: translation of the two types educational materials specified above into Spanish.
