DES:dj~ 09/28/95 (014/39) <br /> <br /> 10. CONDITION OF PREMISES. Permittee shall, at its own <br />cost and expense, keep and maintain the Subject Premises, <br />including any equipment placed or stored thereon, in reasonable <br />order and repair, and shall keep all portions of the Subject <br />Premises clean, neat, orderly and free of papers, debris, wastes, <br />or other articles or things which increase the danger of fire or <br />detract from the aesthetic appearance of the Subject Premises. <br />Permittee shall, at its own cost and expense, conduct all <br />operations on, and use of, the Subject Premises in such manner as <br />to avoid discharging dust, solids, fumes, odors, gases, or <br />liquids into or on the Subject Premises, or otherwise into the <br />environment so as to pollute the same. Permittee shall not <br />bring, place, or store upon the Subject Premises any hazardous <br />wastes or material or other such thing or substance, except such <br />fuel, oil, or other petroleum products necessarily required for <br />the operation and maintenance of the equipment to be stored on <br />the Subject Premises pursuant hereto and safety contained within <br />said equipment. <br /> <br /> Permittee further agrees to enclose the Subject Property <br />with a cyclone fence or other type of fence approved in advanced <br />by City's City Engineer. The Subject Property shall be secured <br />by a gate, which shall remain locked at all times except when <br />entry area is used for ingress and egress. City shall be <br />provided with a key to the gate. Permittee shall also, clean up <br />the site of stockpiled dirt and excess materials at no expense to <br />City. <br /> <br /> <br />
