DES:djk~9/28/95 (014/39) <br /> <br />deposited with the City Clerk prior to occupancy of the Subject <br />Premises by Permittee. In addition to the aforesaid <br />certificates, Permittee shall file with the City Clerk <br />endorsements: <br /> <br /> (a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in coverage of <br /> insurance before the expiration of 30 days after City <br /> shall have received notification thereof by first class <br /> mail from the insurance carrier; <br /> <br /> (b) Naming the City of Redwood City, its council, officers, <br /> boards, commissions, agents and employees as additional <br /> insureds; <br /> <br /> (c) Providing standard cross liability provisions; <br /> <br /> (d) Stating that the insurance afforded thereby to City, <br /> its Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents, and <br /> employees shall be primary insurance to the full limits <br /> of the liability of the policy, and that if City, its <br /> Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents, and <br /> employees have other insurance against a loss covered <br /> by such a policy, such other insurance shall be excess <br /> insurance only. <br /> <br />9. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Permittee shall comply with all <br /> laws concerning use and occupancy of the Subject Premises <br /> including, without limitation, the obligation at Permittee's cost <br /> to maintain or restore the Subject Premises, or the equipment <br /> stored thereon, in compliance with, and in conformance to, any <br /> and all laws relating to the condition, use, or occupancy of the <br /> Subject Premises or the storage and use of said equipment. <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
