DES:djk~9/28/95 (014/39) <br /> <br />in connection with, the Subject Premises. Permittee hereby <br />waives all claims against City, and agrees to hold City harmless <br />from any claims, for damages to materials, supplies, equipment or <br />other property, and persons in or upon or about the Subject <br />Premises from any cause arising at any time, including all claims <br />arising out of the negligence of City, its officers, agents, or <br />employees. <br /> <br /> 7. HOLD HARMLESS; RELEASE. Permittee shall be solely <br />responsible and liable for all damages to persons or property, <br />including injury to, or death of, persons and loss of use of <br />property, due directly or indirectly to Permittee's use and <br />occupancy of the Subject Premises and shall defend, indemnify and <br />hold the City of Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, <br />commissions, agents and employees, harmless from all suits, <br />actions, damages, or claims to which City may be subjected by <br />reason of said use and occupancy of the Subject Premises <br />hereunder. <br /> <br /> 8. INSURANCE. Permittee shall maintain at all times <br />during which this permit remains in effect, at Permittee's sole <br />cost and expense, commercial general liability and property <br />damage insurance, which insurance shall be in the following <br />minimum amounts: <br /> <br /> (a) $1,000,000 for injury or death of any one person and <br /> $1,000,000 for any one occurrence; <br /> <br /> (b) Property damage insurance in the amount of $1,500,000. <br /> <br /> A certificate or certificates evidencing the maintenance of <br />the required insurance or program of self-insurance shall be <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
