6.E. - Page 42 of 44 <br />QUESTIONS <br />The following questions were received prior to the deadline for questions and clarifications on <br />November 8, 2019 at 3:00 PST. <br />1. Who is your current service provider for on-call SCADA system maintenance and <br />troubleshooting? <br />Our current provider for this service is: <br />The EDCCO Group <br />195 Glenn Way, Suite 100 <br />San Carlos, CA 94070 <br />2. Are all PWS requirements firm or can there be a grace period of completion upon contract <br />21AInrd? <br />As with all request for proposals, the City reserves the right to waive or alter requirements <br />based on the needs and availability of services. It is in the interest of the City to begin an <br />agreement with the selected vendor in January 2020, however, dates are tentative. <br />3. Are there any addendas that need to be signed and attached not already apart of the original <br />packet? <br />Requirements are listed on pages 3 — 4 of the request for proposal document. No additional <br />addenda are required outside of the original RFP document and its attachments (A -C). <br />4. I'm working on our proposal but I'm a bit confused about the Attachment A — Pricing Form. It <br />refers to "Chapter 6 of the proposal" but I'm not sure what that mean, as I don't see a Chapter <br />6. I'm wondering if the packet we received is missing some pages or documents? If not, I <br />assume we will write our pricing on a document and submit with our proposal? I don't see <br />any forms to complete for the pricing. It also references filling out pages 1-2 of the RFP, but I <br />don't see any pages to fill out? <br />"Chapter 6" refers to "Section VI — Scope of Services." It was a term from the previous request <br />for proposal that seems to have missed when editing. For Attachment A requirements, you can <br />focus on the bullet points and provide responses in a document you create. <br />There is no specific format or outline for pages 1-12 documentation.
