The <br />first row of the table at the bottom of RFP page 3 lists "Documents to Submit," and shows <br />"Pg. 1-12 of RFP" as "Must be filled out completely," but the actual forms begin on page 13. <br />The City's 2017 version of this RFP includes a clear "Proposal Format" outline with required <br />sections and content. Will the ON issue a similar "Proaosal Format" outline or clarifv the <br />proposal sections in the order they should appear? <br />There is no specific format or outline for pages 1-12 documentation. There are a few specific <br />items that require responses (e.g. page 5 — bullet point #1; page 7 — bullet point #7; page 9 — <br />middle section) that may be provided as a narrative or bullet points on a separate page of your <br />proposal.
