6.C. - Page 11 of 11 <br />Exhibit "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will incorporate the restoration, modification and construction of the pirate <br />ship into the construction drawings. <br />Amend Phase II — Design Development <br />Consultant will provide for design coordination with civil engineer and structural <br />engineer <br />Not to exceed 15 to 20 hours $2,000.00 <br />Consultant will provide for exhibits for BCDC permit application <br />Not to exceed 15 to 20 hours $2,000.00 <br />Amend Phase III — Construction Documentation <br />Consultant will provide coordination of sub -consultant civil engineering work <br />Not to exceed 48 to 100 hours. <br />Delivery of Site Preparation/Demolition Plan, Horizontal Control Plan, Drainage Plan, <br />stormwater management plan, soil erosion and sediments control for 100% <br />Construction Documents $12,000.00 <br />Consultant will provide design modification if decision regarding access to pirate ship is <br />altered or other value engineering tasks have to be performed. <br />Not to exceed 30 to 50 hours <br />$5,000.00 <br />Total <br />$21,000.00 <br />Payment <br />Payment shall be a Not -to -Exceed of Twenty One Thousand Dollars ($21,000). <br />Consultant will invoice City for Task Total upon completion of each task, meetings and <br />deliverables of the services.
