DES:djk n9/29/95 (027/41) <br /> <br />and 31 through 33, which bids are on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk, to which reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, are hereby accepted, and said bidders are <br />hereby found and declared to be the lowest responsible bidders <br />for the sale of and installation of furniture and accessories to <br />the City. <br /> <br /> 2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bids of <br />said Space Designs, Inc. and Advent Office Furniture are, and <br />each of them is, hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City all <br />appropriate and necessary documents (in form approved by the City <br />Attorney) for the purchase and installation of said furniture in <br />accordance with the bids accepted hereby. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to the successful bidders upon execution by them of the <br />purchase documents, all security guaranteeing execution of the <br />purchase accepted hereby. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
