20. Following the approval of the proposed plans and budget by staff and any other <br />necessary groups, which could include those listed above, prepare a full set of <br />construction documents for the final design. These will include all plans, specifications, <br />and calculations needed for the permitting, bidding, and construction of the project. <br />21.
