3 pairs of pants <br />3 long -sleeve shirts <br />3 short -sleeve shirts <br />I underbelt <br />1 cold weather (non -leather) jacket with patches <br />1 dress cap or baseball cap with patch (officer's choice) <br />1 dress tie <br />2 name tags <br />$100.00 maximum annual reimbursement for boots (purchase or resoling). <br />The City will provide for all Police Officers cleaning, altering, repairing and/or <br />replacement of damaged uniforms as authorized by the Police Chief or his/her <br />designee. <br />Such famished uniforms shall remain the property of and under the control of the <br />City. <br />Police Officers assigned as detectives will receive a uniform allowance of <br />Twenty-six dollars and ninety-three cents ($26.93) each pay period as part of their <br />regular paychecks for all pay periods during which they are assigned as detectives. <br />7.14 Holidays <br />Regular full-time employees shall be entitled to take all authorized holidays at full <br />pay, not to exceed ten (10) hours, for any one (1) day, provided they are in a pay <br />status ten (10) hours, as the case may be, on both their regularly scheduled <br />workdays immediately preceding and following the holiday; and provided further <br />that original probationary employees shall be eligible for the following holidays <br />one (1) through ten (10) only at the straight -time rate of pay during the first six (6) <br />months of service with the City and for the floating holidays eleven (11) only <br />upon completion of twelve (12) months' service with the City. <br />The following shall be paid holidays to all employees who are covered by this <br />MOU: <br />1. New Year's Day <br />2. Martin Luther King Jr. Day (observed on the third Monday in January) <br />3. Washington's Birthday(Observed on the third Monday in February) <br />4. Memorial Day (Observed on the last Monday in May) <br />5. Independence Day <br />6. Labor Day (Observed on the first Monday in September) <br />7. Veterans Day (Observed November 11) <br />8. Thanksgiving Day <br />9. The Day after Thanksgiving <br />10. Christmas Day <br />11. Three administrative holidays and such other days as may be proclaimed local <br />holidays. <br />10 <br />
