An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />Amending Chapter 9 (Buildings) to add Article XV to Add an Article XV <br />Regarding Safety Assessment Program Placards. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.B. Public hearing to review and receive comments on Redwood City Water Utility <br />Section 2019 Public Health Goal Report <br />Public Works Director Terence Kyaw made a presentation. <br />Vice Mayor Howard opened the Public Hearing. <br />There was no public comment. <br />Motion and second, Borgens and Reddy, to close the public hearing passes <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />This is an information item and no Council action is required. <br />Recommendation: <br />Hold a public hearing; receive and acknowledge comments from the public on <br />the report and refer any comments to the Public Works Services Department <br />for response and further consideration as appropriate. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />8.
