CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 6.B. Agreement with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore to provide City staff with training and development opportunities through the San Mateo County Employee Relations Training Consortium (304) MO 19-191 Recommendation: 1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year special services agreement with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore for training workshops and consulting services in an amount not -to -exceed $5,360, bringing the City's total annual contract with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore to $275,360. 2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to enter into an annual contract with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore for training workshops through the San Mateo County Employee Relations Training Consortium on a year-to-year basis, in an aggregated amount up to $100,000.
