CONSENT CALENDAR <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are routine and approved in one motion. <br />Motion and second, Borgens and Masur, to approve all items on the Consent <br />Calendar. The motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />6.A. Response to Civil Grand Jury Report entitled "Soaring City Pension Costs - <br />Follow -up on Grand Jury Report of 2017-2018" (302) MO 19-190 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve the attached letter responding to the San Mateo County <br />Civil Grand Jury Report and authorize the Mayor to sign and send the letter to <br />the San Mateo County Civil Grand Jury. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.B. Agreement with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore to provide City staff with training <br />and development opportunities through the San Mateo County Employee <br />Relations Training Consortium (304) MO 19-191 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />special services agreement with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore for training <br />workshops and consulting services in an amount not -to -exceed $5,360, bringing <br />the City's total annual contract with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore to $275,360. <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to enter into an annual <br />contract with Liebert Cassidy Whitmore for training workshops through the San <br />Mateo County Employee Relations Training Consortium on a year-to-year basis, <br />in an aggregated amount up to $100,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.C. Final Acceptance - 2018 Hoover Field Synthetic Turf Replacement Project <br />(304) <br />Recommendation: <br />MO 19-192 <br />By motion, accept the 2018 Hoover Field Synthetic Turf Replacement Project <br />and authorize the release of bonds and retention according to City procedures. <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
