CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.D. General services agreement with Pump Repair Service Co. for maintenance <br />and repair of water and recycled water pumps (304) MO 19-193 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />general services agreement with Pump Repair Service Co. for maintenance and <br />repair of water and recycled water pumps in an amount not to exceed <br />$145,612.48, including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for two <br />additional, consecutive two-year terms, for an aggregate not to exceed amount <br />of $728,062.40. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br />6.E. Agreement with LPA Design Studios (LPA) for professional urban planning <br />services for public safety training center site assessment (304) MO 19-194 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve agreement with LPA Design Studios (LPA) for urban <br />planning services and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement in <br />the amount not to exceed $81,950. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />61. Waive second reading and adopt residential permit parking ordinance <br />amendments and adopt program policy <br />(703) Res 15798 (0093) and Ord 2467 (491) <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Waive second reading and adopt ordinance amendments to City Code <br />Chapter 20, Article VII, Division 11, pertaining to Residential Permit Parking; and <br />2.
