In addition, the standards include the frequency of <br />monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements for land application of sewage <br />sludge. Vendor shall comply with all monitoring, recordkeeping, and reporting <br />requirements in 40 CFR Part 503, and the City may request documentation of Vendor's <br />compliance. <br />City's Responsibilities: <br />The City will purchase Biochar on an as -needed basis, and for a total not -to - <br />exceed amount of $10,000 for the first year of the pilot project. <br />The City has no required purchase minimums through this pilot project. <br />The City will pickup Biochar from Vendor and apply it underground to landscaping <br />areas where the public cannot access it. <br />2. Payment Terms <br />The Biochar shall be sold to the City on a tonnage basis at a flat rate. Each ton of Biochar <br />will be billed at $300 and invoiced upon delivery with 30 -day payment terms in accordance <br />with Section 3 of the Agreement. <br />REV: 12-20-19 PR V <br />L <br />
