By motion, approve Final Map No. 2019-003 for the development at 910 Woodside; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with Valera <br />Fooksman; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement <br />with Valera Fooksman; and <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment Measures and <br />Maintenance Agreement with Valera Fooksman. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Housing <br />BACKGROUND <br />The project includes the merging and subsequent subdivision of two existing parcels totaling 0.31 acres <br />into a 10 -unit, for -sale condominium development.
