6.A. - Page 16 of 16 <br />EXHIBIT C <br />TEMPORARY STAFFING BILLING RATES <br />For the services described above, City shall pay on a time basis not to exceed <br />($100,000.00). Fees will be billed based on actual hours used per the labor rate <br />schedules delineated below. <br />Billina Rate Ranae <br />Category of Assigned <br />Personnel <br />Billing Rate* <br />Overtime Billing Rate** <br />Administrative <br />$28.25/hour <br />$42.38/hour <br />Clerical Accounting <br />not to exceed $40.00/hour <br />Not to exceed $60.00/hour <br />** All other positions not stated above, the hourly rate will be agreed on a case-by-case <br />basis. <br />Contractor may increase its rates to reflect increases in its cost of employing its workers <br />due to governmental or regulatory changes (e.g., costs associated with higher minimum <br />wages for workers or increases in taxes, benefits or other costs that may result from any <br />applicable government authority or action). Contractor will provide written or verbal <br />notice to City of the increase in its rates. Any increase in Contractor rates will be <br />prospective, starting as of the effective date Contractor specifies in the notice. <br />Work Hours <br />*The billing rate shall apply to all hours of work performed up to forty (40) hours per <br />week. <br />**The overtime billing rate shall apply to all hours of work performed in excess of forty <br />(40) hours per week. <br />If applicable, overtime will be billed at 1.50 times the normal billing rate. Federal law <br />defines overtime as hours in excess of 40 hours per week, state laws vary.
