6.A. - Page 15 of 16 <br />III. Duties of Personnel from Accountemps <br />Contractor's personnel from Accountemps shall perform one or more of the following <br />services as directed by the Assistant City Manager: <br />• Perform bookkeeping and accounting duties within an assigned area of the City's <br />financial system such as accounts receivable. <br />• Maintain file of miscellaneous accounts receivable including initiation of billings, <br />collection and follow-up in accounts. <br />• Prepare reports and perform analyses of office accounting procedures. <br />• Issue business licenses to businesses located within City limits or located outside <br />of City engaged in services within the City limits. <br />• Perform a variety of administrative and clerical support tasks for the Business <br />License Program, including filing, mailing process, computer data entry and file <br />maintenance, and financial record keeping. <br />• Receive payment for Business License; issue receipts; pursue delinquent <br />accounts. <br />IV. Knowledge and Skills of Personnel from Accountemps <br />Contractor shall provide personnel from Accountemps who have: <br />• Accounting clerical procedures including accounts receivable. <br />• Accounting record keeping principles, practices and terminology. <br />• Data processing applications in fiscal functions. <br />Contractor shall provide personnel from Accountemps who are able to: <br />• Perform responsible financial record keeping work; adhere to good bookkeeping <br />practices and procedures. <br />• Perform mathematical and statistical computations with speed and accuracy. <br />• Operate electric and electronic adding, calculating and data processing <br />machines. <br />• Assist in the preparation of financial analysis and reports. <br />• Establish cooperative working relationships with others, including private <br />business officials. <br />• Work independently under pressure; meet established deadlines. <br />• Perform a variety of administrative and clerical support procedures. <br />• Communicate effectively, orally and in writing. <br />• Interpret and secure compliance with the City Business License Ordinance. <br />• Prepare reports and correspondence. <br />REV: 01-23-20 MI <br />ATTY/AGR.2020.011/OfficeTeam, A Robert Half Company (Page 12 of 13) <br />21 <br />
