6.A. - Page 14 of 16 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Work Duties, Skills and Abilities <br />I. Duties of Personnel from OfficeTeam <br />Contractor's personnel from OfficeTeam shall perform one or more of the following <br />services as directed by the Assistant City Manager/designee: <br />• Type and proofread a variety of documents, including material of a confidential <br />nature; <br />• Perform a wide variety of routine clerical work, including purchasing, filing, billing, <br />checking and recording information on records; <br />• Act as a receptionist and schedule meetings, book conference rooms <br />• The employee shall maintain confidentially to all claims and lawsuits; <br />• Work with several departments insuring the timely processing of general liability <br />tort claims, insurance certificate requests, or other items; <br />• Receive claim correspondence, verify accuracy and completeness of <br />information, submit to Third Party Administrator <br />• Check reports, records, and other data for accuracy, completeness and <br />compliance with established standards; <br />• Maintain complex files; <br />• Assemble material and type financial or statistical statements; <br />• Compile and tabulate data, and perform basic calculations; <br />• Independently compose correspondence related to responsibilities assigned; <br />• Research, compile and analyze data for special projects; and <br />• Collect and assemble data and background materials for a variety of reports. <br />II. Knowledge and Skills of Personnel from OfficeTeam <br />Contractor shall provide personnel from OfficeTeam who have: <br />• Knowledge of English, spelling, grammar, and punctuation; <br />• Knowledge of Office methods and equipment; and <br />• Experience following operations and procedures. <br />Contractor shall provide personnel from OfficeTeam who are able to: <br />• Perform a range of simple to difficult clerical work and arithmetical calculations <br />with speed and accuracy; <br />• Understand and follow procedures and operating details as assigned; <br />• Perform routine clerical work; <br />• Maintain records neatly and accurately; <br />• Establish and maintain effective work relationships; <br />• Perform responsible and difficult secretarial work involving the use of <br />independent judgment; and <br />• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. <br />REV: 01-23-20 MI <br />ATTY/AGR.2020.01 1 /OfficeTeam, A Robert Half Company (Page 11 of 13) <br />W <br />
