6.A. - Page 13 of 16 <br />a. The Assistant City Manager or his/her designee, in their sole discretion, <br />may request the removal of any Assigned Personnel, and Contractor shall <br />remove such person or persons immediately upon receiving written <br />request from the Assistant City Manager or his/her designee. <br />b. The Contractor is responsible for informing the Assigned Personnel when <br />an assignment is terminated, whether for unsatisfactory performance, the <br />end of the assignment, or another reason. <br />c.
