As a result, on November 22, 2019, the applicant
provided a revised submittal which includes:
Office: 530,000 sq. ft. (decrease of 19,000 sq. ft.)
Housing: 540 residential units (increase of 249 units)
Retail: 28,000 sq. ft. (no change)
Child Care: 8,600 sq. ft. As a result, the
City will issue an updated NOP to address these changes. As noted above, the applicant has reduced the
amount of office by about 19,000 sq. ft. and increased the amount of housing by 249 units, thereby
impacting the building heights and office square footages for parcels C through E. The amended project
scope requires additional environmental analysis, including updating the project description, technical
studies, and analysis as described in the attached agreement amendment.
City of Redwood City 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063 Tel: 650-780-7000 www.redwoodcity.ore
65
