Food Service Establishments must dispose of filter bath solution from soaking <br />exhaust food filters at an off-site disposal facility. Food Service Establishments <br />and property managers are liable for any illegal disposal of waste. <br />C. Food Service Establishments shall not dispose of concentrated solution, wash <br />water, or rinse water from cleaning or degreasing equipment or exhaust food <br />services into sinks leading to a grease control device. <br />D.
