DES:rg 08/22/95 (056/40) <br /> <br />persons, were heard, or were given the opportunity to be heard, <br />on the aforesaid matters and the matters contained in this <br />resolution; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The foregoing recitals are true and factual, and <br />are incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> 2. The public interest and necessity require the <br />proposed Project. <br /> <br /> 3. The proposed Project is planned and located in a <br />manner that will be most compatible with the greatest public <br />good and the least private injury. <br /> <br /> 4. The property interests sought to be acquired and <br />described herein are necessary for the proposed Project. <br /> <br /> 5. The offer required by Government Code Section <br /> 7267.2 has been made to the owner or owners of record, the <br /> offer was based upon the City's approved appraisal of the <br /> fair market value of the property interests to be acquired, <br /> which the City believes to be the just compensation <br /> therefor, and the Summary of the Basis for the Amount Established <br /> as Just Compensation for each of the property interests to be <br /> acquired was made in accordance with the provisions of Government <br /> Code Section 7267.2. <br /> <br /> 6. The City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed <br /> to institute and to conduct to conclusion an action in <br /> <br /> <br />
