ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION (CONFERENCE ROOM 1A) <br />Mayor Howard stated that an Ad Hoc Committee was formed composed of Mayor <br />Howard and Vice Mayor Masur for the limited purpose of negotiating the City <br />Manager's and City Attorney's compensation. Mayor Howard stated that the <br />designated representatives for negotiating the City Manager's and City Attorney's <br />compensation are the Mayor, Vice Mayor Masur and Human Resources Director <br />Michelle Katsuyoshi. <br />At 11:20 p.m. the City Council retired to closed session in Conference Room 1A. <br />10.A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Closed session regarding labor negotiations pursuant to California Government <br />Code Section 54957.6: <br />City's Negotiators: Diane Howard, Mayor <br />Shelly Masur, Vice Mayor <br />Michelle Katsuyoshi, Human Resources Director <br />Unrepresented Employees: Melissa Stevenson Diaz, City Manager <br />Veronica Ramirez, City Attorney <br />A closed session was held during the regular City Council meeting on February <br />24, 2020 for the purpose of discussing the proposed compensation of the <br />identified unrepresented employees. The closed session adjourned at <br />11. REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION <br />Mayor Howard stated that there is no reportable action from the closed session. <br />12.
