By motion, approve the parcel pap for the development at 1180 Main; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a subdivision improvement agreement <br />with Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape maintenance agreement <br />with Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC; <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a stormwater treatment measures <br />maintenance agreement with Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC; <br />5. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a shared parking covenant with Premia <br />1180 Main Owner, LLC; <br />6. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an affordable housing impact fee <br />agreement with Premia 1180 Main Owner, LLC and HIP Housing Development Corporation; and <br />7.
