DES:djk ~q/21/95 (015/41) <br /> <br />2. The district proposed to be established shall be <br />designated as "Underground Utility District No. 1995-1" <br />(hereinafter, the "Proposed District"). <br /> <br /> 3. The boundaries of the Proposed District are set forth <br />in Exhibit "A" hereof, entitled, "Underground Utility District <br />No. 1995-1", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein. Said boundaries are shown on that certain map entitled <br />"Boundary Map - Underground Utility District No. 1995-1," marked <br />Exhibit "B", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br /> 4. The purposes of the Proposed District are hereby <br />declared to be as follows: the placement underground of all <br />existing overhead utilities, including service drops, removal of <br />all wood utility poles, overhead wires and associated structures <br />from any streets, roads, alleys or ways within the Proposed <br />District and the requirement that all future wires and facilities <br />for supplying electric, communication, and/or similar services <br />shall be installed underground. <br /> <br /> 5. It shall be unlawful for any person, including utility <br /> companies, to erect, maintain or operate any pole, overhead wire <br /> or associated structure in any portion of any street, road, alley <br /> or way within the Proposed District. <br /> <br /> 6. Monday, September 25, 1995, at 7:30 p.m. at the Board <br /> of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 <br /> Marshall Street, Redwood City, California, is stated to be the <br /> time and place for hearing objections by persons interested in <br /> the Proposed District.
