property that are beyond the control of the services, personnel, equipment, and facilities <br />of the County, for the reasons set forth in Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED AND ORDERED that the <br />local emergency proclaimed by the Director on March 3, 2020 is hereby ratified. Under <br />Government Code Section 8630, the Board of Supervisors shall review the need for <br />continuing the local emergency at least once every 60 days until this Board terminates <br />the local emergency. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors delegates authority <br />to the Director to terminate the local emergency, pursuant to Section 8630 of the <br />Government Code, at the earliest possible date that conditions warrant. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that and orders previously issued by the Director <br />under the authority set forth in the Government Code or in Chapter 2.46 of the San <br />Mateo County Ordinance Code shall remain in place and in effect until the same date. <br />
