Additionally, in 2019, the City <br />approved entitlements for 576 units, 158 of which were low or very low income units (primarily made up <br />of units in Broadway Plaza (Sobrato) and accessory dwelling units). The City is currently reviewing an <br />additional 1,160 units, including 540 units for the South Main Mixed Use (Greystar) Project (132 units are <br />affordable) and 480 units at 557 E. Bayshore (85 units are affordable). <br />For 2020, the City has issued a building permit for 20 low income units for 612 Jefferson (Habitat for <br />Humanity) and expects to issue a building permit for 63 very low and 62 low income units for 353 Main <br />Street (Roem). The 120 low and very low income units in Broadway Plaza (MidPen) are not expected to <br />be issued building permits until 2021. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
