Exhibit A SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Task IV. General Technical Assistance — CARES Act and Revisions — The following revisions have been added to the General Technical Assistance Line items as requested by the City of Redwood City. These items will help the City navigate the CDBG CARES Act allocations as well as other items requested by City staff that were not originally included in the scope of work. • Assist staff with the completion environmental reviews in HEROS • Assist staff with the completion of 424 forms and Certifications for the CARES Act • Write the CARES Act amendment for publication — as allocations of CDBG- CV Funds are announced, this item may need to be repeated • Enter CARES Act amendment to IDIS - as allocations of CDBG- CV Funds are announced this item may need to be repeated • Make any updates to the City policies to comply with the CARES Act • Assist the staff with the notifications for publication of CARES Act amendments • Assist the staff with the development of a survey instrument, as needed, to determine the best use of CARES Act funding • Assist the staff with the development an application for CDBG-CV funding, as needed General Technical Assistance — CARES Act and Revisions — 55 Hours The Direct Travel Expenses under Task 1 has been reduced from $7,800 to $3,900.
