REV: 01-24-2022 SK <br />CDBG-CV: <br />Walk staff through major tasks to increase compliance with record keeping, including <br />electronic file maintenance <br />Assist with annual training of grant recipients, as needed <br />Assist with monitoring of grant recipients, as needed <br />o Utilizing a Risk Assessment <br />o Monitoring of CDBG recipients <br />Attend HUD monitoring visit to answer questions on behalf of staff. The consultant will <br />assist with any corrections and responses to HUD monitoring findings or concerns, as <br />needed.
