REV: 10-28-2022 SK <br />Assist staff with the development of 2023 Action Plan, as needed <br />Assist staff with the development of CAPERs, as needed <br />Train new staff members on CDBG basics/job duties, as applicable <br />Walk staff through major tasks to increase compliance with record keeping, including <br />electronic file maintenance <br />Assist with RFQ process and selection of projects, as requested by City staff <br />Assist with monitoring of grant recipients, as needed <br />o Utilizing a Risk Assessment <br />o Monitoring of CDBG recipients <br />Attend HUD monitoring visit to answer questions on behalf of staff.
