6.B. - Page 2 of 8 <br />As discussed above, the City Charter requires the Port Attorney to be the same personas the City Attorney. <br />The attached MOU will formalize that appointment and ensure that the Port's legal services are provided <br />in accordance with that Charter requirement. <br />Additionally, the City Attorney is seeking authorization to execute an Agreement for Legal Services with <br />Francois Sorba as Port Special Counsel.
