City of Redwood City Legislative Platform <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, the City Council Governance Sub -Committee recommends adoption <br />of the City of Redwood City 2020 Legislative Platform. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.H. Public assistance cost recovery reimbursement documentation <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution entitled "Designation of Applicant's Agent Resolution for <br />Non -State Agencies" for the purpose of cost recovery eligibility, and authorize <br />staff to take the necessary steps to request public assistance through the <br />Federal Emergency Management Agency program. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.1. Excess insurance policy renewal and annual premium payment to California <br />State Association of Counties (CSAC) for the City's Workers' Compensation <br />Program <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager to renew the City's insurance <br />policy with the California State Association of Counties Excess Insurance <br />Authority (CSAC) effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021 to cover losses <br />that exceed $350,000 and approval of the excess insurance premium payment <br />in a total amount not to exceed $750,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.J. Adoption of a resolution identifying the Fiscal Year 2020-21 Pavement <br />Management Program in accordance with the Streets and Highways Code for <br />Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA) Funds generated as a <br />Result of Senate Bill 1 (S131), the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017 <br />Page 4 of 7 <br />
