Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution identifying the Fiscal Year 2020-21 pavement management <br />program in accordance with the Streets and Highways Code for RMRA Funds. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.K. Adopt three resolutions for the appropriation of funds associated to the <br />financial impacts related to COVID-19 <br />Recommendation: <br />1) Adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City waiving <br />late payment penalties for solid waste, water and sewer utilities for the period <br />of March 2020 through August 2020 for residential and commercial customers <br />due to the COVID-19 pandemic; <br />2) Adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />appropriating $393,000 from the General Fund to establish a Covid-19 <br />emergency rental assistance program in the affordable housing fund; and <br />3) Adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />appropriating $300,000 from the General Fund to contribute to San Mateo <br />County Strong to support Redwood City small business relief efforts. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.L. Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance that amends the City's <br />purchasing ordinance (Article VII of Chapter 2 of the Redwood City Municipal <br />Code) to enhance operating efficiency, clarify purchasing requirements, allow <br />design -build contracting, and establish a local business purchasing preference <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance amending Article VII of Chapter <br />2 of the Redwood City Municipal Code. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.M. Approve Minutes of April 13, 2020 City Council meeting <br />6.N.
