6.1 Section — Motions - A. Approve the Special City Council meeting minutes of November 19, 2007 and the Regular City Council meeting minutes of November 26, 2007 as submitted. (301) MINUTE ORDER 07 -215 B. Appoint City Representative to the San Mateo County Mosquito Abatement District Board of Trustees. Recommendation: By motion, reappoint former Redwood City Mayor Robert Bury to another term on the Board of Trustees for the Mosquito Abatement District. This appointment would be for ensuing term of January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2011, according to the 2005 California Health and Safety Code, Section 2022: "The term of office for a member of the board of trustees shall be for a term of two or four years, at the discretion of the appointing authority." (209) MINUTE ORDER 07 -209 C. Amendment to the Agreement for Animal Control Services between the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo. Recommendation: By motion, extend the current contract agreement with the County of San Mateo for the provision of animal control services through June 30, 2011. (304) MINUTE ORDER 07 -210 D. Peninsula Park — Amendment to Agreement for Professional Environmental Assessment Services. Recommendation: Approve by motion Amendment #3 to the Agreement with Wagstaff and Associates for professional environmental review services for the Peninsula Park project. (304) MINUTE ORDER 07 -211 E. Agreement with South Bayside System Authority for the transfer of title of the recycle water utility facilities and exchange of easements.
