Single-family <br />dwellings located within this type of setting were developed as relatively large subdivisions, <br />in accordance to the Planned Development Permit regulations which control a restricted <br />palette of building exteriors and materials. Respective Homeowner's Associations are <br />responsible for enforcing the long term maintenance of the approved improvements, per <br />the project-specific (CCR's). <br />
