Lee on Behalf of Deborah Jo Iverson. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Reject subject claim by operation of law. <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER 08-009 <br /> <br />Discussion on Consent Calendar items 6.3 A and 6.3 B <br />Mayor Foust announced that since this is an important community issue she would like to <br />pull the items and give the public a chance to comment. <br /> <br />Paul Powers, the developer for Peninsula Park, thanked the Council for its emphasis on <br />community outreach throughout this project.
