<br />ORDINANCE NO. 2326 REPEALING ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 12 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; ADDING ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER <br />12 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO FIRE <br />PREVENTION; AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE "INTERNATIONAL FIRE <br />CODE, 2006 EDITION," AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE <br />COUNCIL (First reading December 17, 2007, summary publication dates January 9 <br />and 29,2008). <br /> <br />Mayor Foust opened the public hearing. Prezoning of Unincorporated Properties at 343, 357, 367 & 375 Alameda De Las <br />Pulgas to allow Future Annexation. <br /> <br />. Recommendation: <br />1. Introduce an Ordinance to prezone properties located at 343, 357, 367 & 375 <br />Alameda De Las Pulgas to Residential-Single Family (R-1) Zoning District. <br />The City Council must find the prezoning to be in the public interest and adopt <br />the following findings: <br />. The proposed prezoning is consistent with the General Plan land use <br />designation of Low Density Residential; <br />. That the proposed annexation will eliminate an isolated unincorporated <br />"pocket" of land; <br />. That once developed according to the anticipated zoning, the proposed <br />land use pattern will be compatible to the adjoining land uses; and, <br />.
