The adjustment will result in no substantial change to <br />member terms and will ease staff facilitation of the policy by calculating attendance for a set period of <br />time for all members rather than a rolling basis that may vary member to member. Further, this <br />adjustment will provide added clarity for BCC members whose attendance is being monitored.
