Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with CSG Consultants, Inc. in the amount of <br />$60,000 for a total contract of $1,260,000 for building inspection and plan review services, and extend <br />the agreement for two months; <br />2. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with Interwest Consulting Group to extend <br />the agreement for two months for building inspection and plan review services; <br />3. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with SAFEbuilt, LLC to make changes to the <br />fee schedule in the agreement and extend the agreement for two months for building inspection and <br />plan review services; <br />4. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with Shums Coda & Associates, Inc. to <br />extend the agreement for two months for building inspection and plan review services; and <br />5. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement for Professional Services with TRB + Associates, Inc. to make changes <br />to the fee schedule in the agreement and extend the agreement for two months for building inspection <br />and plan review services; and <br />6.
