Any of the above items as well as any new fixtures, construction, repairs or <br />remodel (to include altering of the building or grounds in any way) may not be undertaken <br />without the express, prior written permission of the Director of San Mateo County Health <br />or designee, and the Director of the Department of Public Works, or designee, except as <br />otherwise provided under this Agreement. <br />If Contractor performs any construction work, remodeling or repairs, or attaches any <br />fixtures to Shelter or other county -property without such written permission, or changes <br />the grounds in any manner, Contractor must promptly return the Shelter building, <br />property or grounds to its original condition at its own expense and not using Animal <br />Control Services Contract Funds or any other County funding, except as otherwise <br />provided under this Agreement. <br />13 <br />REV: 06-02-2020 MI <br />358 <br />
