It may also contain any essential items from the housing and homeless needs assessment, <br />the housing market analysis or the strategic plan. <br />In Redwood City, the Annual Action Plan constitutes funding recommendations made by the Housing and <br />Human Concerns Committee (HHCC) and sent for approval to the City Council each year, working towards <br />the five-year strategy of the Consolidated Plan. <br />The City of Redwood City has developed several priorities and objectives in its five-year Consolidated Plan to <br />address needs in the community. The primary objectives are to create affordable housing development, help <br />residents who are experiencing homelessness, address the services for people living in poverty, improve <br />public facilities used by low- and moderate -income residents, and create economic opportunities.
