PUBLIC NOTICE Public notification was achieved by posting the agenda, with the agenda items being listed, at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. ALTERNATIVES 1. The City Council may choose not to grant a compensation adjustment for either the City Manager or City Attorney, or both. 2. The City Council may request that the Personnel Ad Hoc Committee propose an alternative compensation package for either the City Manager or City Attorney, or both. 3. 2021 COLA increases for SEIU, and 2020 COLA increases for RCMEA, PSA, COA, Confidential, and Executive Management were previously approved by City Council in 2018 and 2019, and action at this time is required only to approve the resolution to amend the classification and salary and wage plan in compliance with the various MOUS and the Executive Summary of Benefits.
