By motion, approve the parcel map for the development at 610 Walnut Street; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a subdivision improvement agreement <br />with Windy Hill PV Five CM, LLC; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape maintenance agreement <br />with Windy Hill PV Five CM, LLC; <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a stormwater treatment measures <br />maintenance agreement with Windy Hill PV Five CM, LLC; and <br />5. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a shared parking covenant with Windy <br />Hill PV Five CM, LLC. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Economic Vitality <br />BACKGROUND <br />The project, located at 610 Walnut Street, fronting Bradford Street and Winslow Street, includes the <br />dedication easement and vacation of public right of way to construct a six -story 65,080 square foot <br />commercial office building. The improvements associated with the project include sanitary sewer, fire <br />water, domestic water, recycled water, and stormwater connections to the City system, sidewalk <br />modifications, street trees, and pedestrian lighting.
