6.E. - Page 2 of 81 <br />ANALYSIS <br />The developer's engineer completed the parcel map, improvement plans, and specifications compliant <br />with the Subdivision Map Act, Redwood City Ordinances, City Standards, and to City Engineer <br />requirements. <br />The developer has posted performance and labor security bonds in the amount of $463,390.00 as required <br />by the Improvement agreement. The developer anticipates the completion of all improvements by end of <br />2021. All work associated with this project is being paid for by the developer. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact to the City as a result of this action.
