<br />01/28/2008 <br /> <br />a. The proposed prezoning is consistent with the General Plan land use <br />designation of Low Density Residential; <br />b. The proposed annexation will eliminate an isolated unincorporated pocket <br />of land; <br />c. That once developed according to the anticipated zoning, the proposed <br />land use pattern will be compatible to the adjoining land uses; and <br />d. That the right-of-way improvements associated with the proposed <br />annexation will improve the existing infrastructure: <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Pursuant to the provisions of Article 34 and 41 of the Redwood City <br />Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance No. 1130, as amended), Article 60, Map No. 12, of the <br />Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, as amended, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br />The real properties located at 343, 357, 367, and 375 Alameda de las <br />Pulgas Road, Redwood City, California, identified by the Assessor's <br />Parcel Numbers set forth above, are hereby prezoned from the existing <br />County zoning designation of "R-1/S7" Zoning District to the Redwood City <br />"R-1" (Residential Single-Family) Zoning District as shown on Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after its adoption. <br /> <br />SECTION 5.
